Delivery Time
West Malaysia – delivery duration will be 3 to 5 working days.
East Malaysia – delivery duration will be 7 to 10 working days.
Working Hours
Orders placed before 12.00 p.m. local time on business days, will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12.00 p.m. local time on business days, will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
We do not ship during weekends and public holidays.
We do not ship to P.O. Box.
Shipping Cost
West Malaysia – the rate starts from RM 6.50 for up to 3 kg of parcel weight and will increase depending on the order volume. We offer free delivery for orders above RM 150.
East Malaysia – the rate starts from RM 25.60 and will increase depending on the order weight.

Returns
Return is allowed only if:
The product has manufacturing defects.
The product is sealed, undamaged, in its original condition and fully returned if the product is sold in a package.
Return is not allowed if:
The product is opened and undamaged.
The product is a promotional item or a free gift.
Change of mind.

The return is available only if the product is purchased from www.tiakihoney.com.my
The postage cost for the returned product is solely borne by the customer.
The refund for returned product will be refunded to the customer’s bank account in 7 working days, only after the product is received and verified that is in its original condition, opened, and undamaged.
